What is Coast?
Coast is a fleet fuel and expense card built for service businesses. Each driver or vehicle gets a card with its own controls, and every purchase captures details like gallons, odometer, and receipts.
What does the Coast integration do?
It brings your Coast account into Ardovia. You can see spend and purchases, manage cards, drivers, vehicles, departments, and locations, and edit spending policies — all from the Financials area, without logging into a separate portal.
How do I connect?
Create an API key in your Coast portal, then open Financials → Integrations in Ardovia, choose the financial account, and paste the key. Ardovia verifies it with Coast before saving, so a bad key fails right away instead of later.
Is my Coast data copied into Ardovia?
No. Ardovia reads from Coast live each time you open the dashboard, so what you see always matches Coast and nothing goes stale. Changes you make in Ardovia are sent straight to Coast.
Can I connect more than one Coast account?
Yes. Each financial account in Ardovia can connect its own Coast account, so different regions or entities can keep their cards separate while you switch between them in one dashboard.
Who can see and manage Coast in Ardovia?
Only team members with the right financial permissions on that financial account. The API key itself is write-only — it's stored securely on the server and never shown again after you connect.
