Let customers book you in a click
A personal link that respects your real calendar
Share a booking link and let customers grab an open time themselves — pulled straight from your working hours and calendar. Every booking becomes a lead and an appointment on its own, so the phone tag stops and the consultations start.

From link to booked, in four steps
Share it, let them pick, and it books itself into your day.
Share
Send your personal booking link — or a prefilled one to a specific lead.
Pick a time
The customer chooses an appointment type and an open slot in their timezone.
Checked live
Ardovia confirms the slot is free against your calendar before booking.
Booked
It becomes a lead and a calendar appointment, and everyone's confirmed.
A page that books the right person
Every rep gets their own booking page — their photo, title, and your branding — so customers book a real person, not a faceless form. Offer the meeting types you want bookable, each with its own duration.
- A personal link per rep
- Your branding and the rep's details
- Bookable appointment types
- A duration for each meeting type
Pick an appointment type
Only your genuinely open times
Slots come from your working hours, then everything already on your calendar is subtracted — including Microsoft 365 events synced into Ardovia. Add a buffer between meetings and set how soon and how far out people can book, and only real openings ever show. Your calendar itself stays private.
- Built from your weekly working hours
- Busy times removed, incl. Microsoft 365 events
- Buffers and min/max advance notice
- Your calendar is never exposed
Every booking is a lead, too
A booking doesn't just fill your calendar — it creates a lead marked Appointment Booked, sourced to Public Booking and routed to the right location, alongside the appointment itself. If the person is already in your CRM, it attaches to their existing lead instead of duplicating them.
- Creates a lead and a calendar appointment
- Marked Appointment Booked, sourced to booking
- Routed to the right location
- Matches existing leads — no duplicates

Everything in Online Booking
Your own booking link
Each rep gets a personal booking page with their photo, title, and your branding — so customers book the right person, not a generic form.
Appointment types with durations
Offer the meeting types you want bookable — a 60-minute consultation, a 90-minute on-site estimate, a quick virtual walkthrough — each with its own length.
Availability from your real calendar
Open times come from your working hours minus anything already on your calendar — including Microsoft 365 events synced into Ardovia — with buffers and how far out people can book.
No double-bookings
The moment two people reach for the same slot, Ardovia re-checks and only one goes through — so you never wake up to a conflict.
Every booking is a lead
A booking creates a lead marked Appointment Booked, sourced to Public Booking and routed to the right location, plus the calendar appointment itself.
Prefilled links for follow-ups
Send an existing lead a personal “book a time with me” link that's already filled in, so they're one tap from an appointment.
Frequently asked questions
What is Online Booking?
It's a personal scheduling page for each of your reps. You share the link, and a customer picks an appointment type and an open time in their own timezone, enters their details, and books — no phone tag, no back-and-forth email.
How does it know when I'm free?
Open slots are calculated from your working hours, then anything already on your calendar is removed — including Microsoft 365 events synced into Ardovia. It also respects the appointment's duration, a buffer between meetings, and how far in advance people can book, so only genuinely free times are offered.
What happens when someone books?
Ardovia creates the calendar appointment and a lead in one step — the lead is marked Appointment Booked, sourced to Public Booking, and routed to the right location — then emails the customer a confirmation and copies the rep. If the lead already exists, it's matched and updated instead of duplicated.
Can it double-book me?
No. Even if two people try for the same slot at once, Ardovia re-checks availability at the moment of booking and only lets one through, so you never end up double-booked.
Can I set which meetings are bookable and when?
Yes. From your schedule settings you choose which appointment types can be booked and their durations, set your weekly working hours, add a buffer between meetings, and control the minimum notice and how far ahead people can book.
Can I send a booking link to a specific lead?
You can. Send an existing lead a personal, prefilled booking link so they can grab a time with you in a couple of taps — and when they do, it attaches right to their lead.

Share a link and let customers book real openings — turning every booking into a lead and an appointment.
