Draw each branch's service area
Give a location the ZIP codes it covers — add them one at a time or paste a whole list, and Ardovia validates each one. If a ZIP already belongs to another branch, it's flagged and skipped, so two locations never fight over the same area.
- Add ZIPs individually or paste in bulk
- Automatic validation of every ZIP
- Cross-location overlap detection
- A clear service area per location

Frequently asked questions
What is Territory Management?
It's how you run a multi-location business in Ardovia. Each location is its own branch with its own branding and settings, you give each one the ZIP codes it covers, and Ardovia uses those territories to route incoming leads to the right location and to draw a live coverage map.
How do I define a territory?
You assign ZIP codes to a location — add them one at a time or paste a whole list, and Ardovia validates them and flags any that already belong to another location, so your branches never overlap. Those ZIPs become the location's service area.
What does the coverage map show?
It draws the actual ZIP-code areas each location covers as color-coded shapes on a map, with a pin at each office. You can toggle locations on and off, see how many ZIPs each covers, and spot any that aren't mapped — so gaps and overlaps in your coverage are obvious.
How does lead routing work?
When a lead comes in with a ZIP code, Ardovia matches it to the location whose territory contains that ZIP and stamps the lead with that location's brand, office, and assignment. You can enable routing per location and set forbidden ZIPs, and you can always check a lead's in- or out-of-territory status and reassign it in one click.
Does each location keep its own branding and settings?
Yes. Every location has its own logos, contact details, online-presence links, integrations, and projections, and its data stays scoped to that location — while everything rolls up under one organization.
Can people work across multiple locations?
They can. Team members are assigned to one or more locations, so they see the right branch's data, and switching between the locations they belong to is quick.
Ready to run every location like one?
Draw your territories once and let every lead find the right branch on its own.
