Live sales rankings

Salespeople ranked by total sales in real time, updating as jobs close — no spreadsheets to maintain.

Every stat that counts

Sales, projects, average project value, closing percentage, average margin, and reviews — all on each person's row.

Goals & pacing

Set annual sales, project, and review targets per person; each stat shows the pro-rated pacing target and full annual goal.

Pro-rated pacing

Targets are pro-rated to the days that have passed, so a mid-period check shows who's genuinely ahead or behind pace.

Top-performer awards

Most Sales, Largest Contract, Best Closing %, Most Contracts, and Most Reviews — celebrate the wins and choose which awards show.

Review stars included

Each person's average review rating and count sit right on their row, so great customer experiences show up in the standings.

Time & location filters

Rank by any time period, filter by location for multi-branch teams, and choose whether change orders count toward totals.

Company-wide totals

Roll everyone up into company totals — sales, projects, leads, consultations, and reviews — with an annual estimate.

One source of truth

The leaderboard is built from the same live leads, jobs, and reviews as your reports, so the numbers always agree.

Frequently asked questions

How is the leaderboard ranked?

By total sales, descending, updating live as jobs close. Each person's row also shows projects, average project value, closing percentage, average margin, and reviews — so you see the whole picture, not just one number.

How do goals and pacing work?

Give each salesperson annual targets for sales, projects, and reviews — a flat yearly number or month-by-month. The leaderboard pro-rates those targets to the days elapsed and shows each stat against its pacing target, with an up or down arrow, plus the full annual goal on hover.

What are the top-performer awards?

Five recognition cards — Most Sales, Largest Contract, Best Closing %, Most Contracts, and Most Reviews — that highlight the winner in each category (with ties handled gracefully). You choose which awards appear in settings.

Can I filter it?

Yes. Rank by any time period, filter by location if you run multiple branches, choose whether change orders count toward sales totals, and optionally include disabled users or cancelled jobs.

Where do the numbers come from?

The same live leads, jobs, and reviews that power your reports — so the leaderboard and your reporting always tell the same story, with nothing to re-enter.

Who can see it?

You control visibility — keep it location-specific so people see only their own branch, or open it up organization-wide. Company-wide totals are permission-gated for the people who should see them.

Ready to get your team competing?

Rank your team live, pace everyone against their goals, and celebrate the wins as they happen.
