Portal User Terms

Last updated: September 21, 2026 · Version 1.00

Ardovia is software provided by Omevi, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Ardovia (“Ardovia,” “we,” or “us”), to contractors, builders, and other businesses (each, a “Business”). These Portal User Terms apply when you use a booking page, form, proposal or change-order approval, purchase-order acceptance, checklist approval, e-signature request, customer or vendor portal, or other page or link that a Business sends or publishes using Ardovia (a “Portal”). By using a Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal and contact the Business directly.

1. Your Relationship Is With the Business

The Business — not Ardovia — is responsible for the information, prices, proposals, contracts, schedules, warranties, products, and services presented to you in a Portal, and for the work it performs. Ardovia is not a party to any agreement, purchase order, or transaction between you and the Business, does not perform or guarantee the Business's work, and is not responsible for the Business's acts or omissions. Questions or disputes about your project, pricing, payments, or documents should be directed to the Business.

2. Electronic Records and Signatures

A Portal may let you review documents and approve, accept, or sign them electronically. When you click to approve, accept, or sign, you agree that your electronic action is legally binding in the same way as a handwritten signature, and that you consent to receive the related records electronically. You may ask the Business for a paper copy or to transact on paper instead; the Business is responsible for any consumer disclosures its documents require. Ardovia (or its e-signature provider) may record details such as the time, IP address, and device used to complete an action, to create an audit trail.

3. Acceptable Use

When using a Portal, you agree not to:

  • submit information that is false, or that you are not authorized to submit;
  • impersonate another person or use a link that was not intended for you;
  • upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful, including malware;
  • submit Social Security numbers, full payment card or bank account numbers, or medical information unless the Business has specifically asked for it through a secure payment tool; or
  • attempt to access other information in Ardovia, interfere with its operation, or use bots or scraping tools.

Links you receive may be personal to you. Do not forward them to people who should not act on your behalf.

4. Your Information

Information you submit through a Portal is shared with the Business and stored by Ardovia on the Business's behalf. The Business's own privacy practices govern how it uses your information; our Privacy Policy (Section 11) explains how we handle it and how to make requests. Messages you receive from the Business, including texts and emails, are sent at the Business's direction; to stop them, reply STOP to a text, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or contact the Business.

5. Disclaimers

PORTALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARDOVIA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION A BUSINESS PROVIDES OR THAT A PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARDOVIA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM A BUSINESS'S PRODUCTS, SERVICES, PRICING, OR CONDUCT, AND ARDOVIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A PORTAL WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS RIGHTS YOU HAVE UNDER CONSUMER-PROTECTION LAWS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a new version here; the version in effect when you use a Portal applies. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@ardovia.com or Omevi, LLC, 220 W Garden St, Ste 505, Pensacola, FL 32502. For questions about your project, please contact the Business.
