An active Heritage customer account with API access. You'll enter your Customer Account ID and Customer API Key, both available from heritagepoolplus.com/integrations or your Heritage representative.

Yes. Once products are linked, Ardovia syncs branch-level costs on an automatic schedule that scales with your catalog size, and you can trigger a manual sync any time with Sync Now.
Can I connect more than one location or branch?
Absolutely. Each location connects independently and can point at its own Heritage branch and ship-to, so multi-location contractors stay organized and priced correctly everywhere.
Is my Heritage connection secure?
