Microsoft 365
Calendar sync & email
How it works
Connected and in sync in four steps.
Connect
Each team member signs in with Microsoft — a secure, per-user connection in seconds.
Choose what syncs
Pick a direction and the event groups that should flow to your Outlook calendar.
Sync both ways
Create or change events in either system and the other updates automatically.
Email from your address
Send proposals and messages from your own M365 address, saved to Sent.
Sign in with Microsoft, per user
Each team member connects their own Microsoft 365 account with a secure sign-in — so everyone's own calendar and email stay in sync without a company-wide admin rollout. Ardovia only asks for what it needs: calendar access and permission to send from your address.
- Secure Microsoft sign-in — no passwords stored in Ardovia
- Per-user: each person connects their own account
- Only calendar and send-email permissions are requested
- Disconnect any time — your calendar stays untouched

Frequently asked questions
What does the Microsoft 365 integration do?
It connects each team member's Microsoft 365 account to Ardovia so your jobs and appointments stay in sync with Outlook — and your proposals and emails send from your own address.
Is it per-user or company-wide?
Per-user. Each team member signs in with their own Microsoft 365 account, so everyone's own Outlook calendar stays in sync — no admin-wide rollout needed.
Does it sync both ways?
Yes. Create or change an event in Ardovia or in Outlook and the other updates automatically. You can also choose one-way — Ardovia → Outlook or Outlook → Ardovia — if you prefer.
Which events sync?
The event groups you choose — Sales, Construction, Warranty, Service, and General. Only events you're assigned to or attending sync to your calendar, and you can exclude individual events.
Do customers get calendar invites?
Yes. When you add attendees, they receive an Outlook invitation from the event owner's mailbox — and Ardovia is careful not to send duplicate invites when several staff are assigned to the same event.
What about recurring events, all-day events, and timezones?
All supported. Recurring series, all-day events, and mailbox timezones are handled automatically, and every Outlook event includes a link back to the job or lead in Ardovia.
